Rear bump stops

If I or the club were to get some new bump stops made up, what sort of money would people pay? I’m trying to work out whether it’s viable or not, as I wouldn’t want to spend out the money for them to sit on the shelf and not sell.

Obviously as cheap as possible, but any indications would be appreciated.

Well originals are near impossible to find. I have only ever come across a couple of NOS ones. On a practical level Morris Minor ones will fit onto the axle but the rubber has to be cut down and those are £8 per side. If I could get a proper Marina one I'd be willing to pay a bit more- £15 or so? The question is whether you would get early ones or later ones made. Later ones had a flat top, early ones had a pointed top. Not sure when the changeover was.

These would be the flat top version with the taper. I suspect they would work out a bit dearer than £15.00.

NOS Australian bump stop on ebay for AU$29.90 (if that's any help) https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Morris-Mari ... 1937853515

Are the flat top version the same length or did BL cut the tip off for more travel?
