I'm looking for photos of the rally Marina's. I'm mainly looking for interior shots that show some decent detail.
Oh and and decent shots of the V8 rally car.
To start I have this from Chris:
Any larger pics Chris?

Ben,
If you go to
www.marinacoupe.co.uk and click on 'The V8 Route' you'll find a pic of the interior of the Foden Car, its only black and white ut it may help.

Uncle Frank wrote:Hi Ben, i`ve got quite a few pics of the rally cars, some in colour but mostly black and white press shots, the interior ones i have are copyright photos from Gaydon so you can`t copy them, but you are welcome to come and have a look 8)
Not wanting to get into a real long debate over this but copyright laws are pretty vague. As there is no longer a competition issue here where other manufacturers are liable to gain an advantage, I would have thought that after 30 years, the technology that might be seen in the photo is now common knowledge. So the original purpose of the copyright is void.
I would have thought that the clause 'fair use' could be applied here where the photographs/documents are being used for historical/research purposes and not for profit. The original author would not suffer any loss from their publication on a forum for which you have to register your interest, rather they would perhaps gain, through the additional publicity for any complete works, for instance books that may still be in print.
Their publication in a nationally distributed magazine, produced for profit, is another very different situation.

If this is the car I think it is, then it is in John Gobbe's collection. John has a circuit race 1750TC Coupe (Kilroy has a pic of it iirc), and this is a different car. I spoke to John a couple of months ago, and I'm sure he told me this one is also has a 1750OHC (I could be wrong :? ), was rally prepared, and wouldn't take much work to put on the road or track. Could also be for sale...
John also has the moulds for the E4 and E6 Lynx Weber manifolds.
