Hi there balmy...please just go for it!... i would love to see this excellent TC Coupe lookin like it had just rolled of the production line back in 1974, regardless of the cost this car has to be worth doing as it is so original and unspoilt, i was thinking of replacing the metal just on the rear ...

The body is 1st class but i`m a perfectionist! the front o/s wing had some slight bubbles in a line near the rear edge, both front wings had a small hole at bottom rear (over the sill area), slight rust to underside flanges of rear arches, told it had been repainted over 10 yrs ago, finish good but ...

I already do regret selling the TC! :cry:...it was the sensible thing to do really as i couldn`t have left her outside in all weathers, she`s worth better treatment, i know what you mean about car dealers though "lowest form of life" but i can`t see any dealer making much on a Marina?? ...ive also ...

My mind was at rest untill i thought i`d been had by a dealer! ...ive asked him to give me first chance of buying it back when its all done, hope i get a double garage built before he sells,so long as he doesn`t want a fortune for it ...pete

How do you know that my TC Coupe has been sold by the dealer for £1500 + ive not seen it for sale anywhere?...he was not an MG dealer, he assured me he wanted it for his own use once it was through an MOT and he wanted a good paint job and seats recovered (as i would have done if i had the time ...

knock you for buying a Cortina? they're great cars! obviously the Marina's better though :D why didnt you get a roadworthy Marina to use daily though? 8) Thanks Josh....The Marina IS A BETTER CAR, if you remember reading a while back the deal when i got the Marina was supposed to be with a full MOT ...

Well ive gone and sold my Marina TC Coupe. :cry: ..said i never would! The story is that i shall be moving house very soon and with all the work to be be done decorating etc there will unfortunately be no time to start work on the marina and no garage for it! rather then leave it outside for ages ...

I am totally against all forms of speed traps, The main reasons being its only the law abiding people who are usually fined (and pay up!)...Those with no tax no test or insurance,no licence.stolen car etc.."NO PROBLEM" THIS IS HOW THE CAMERAS SEE IT!..and how likely are you to be pulled over by the ...
