Re: Door Rubbers

Have a look at Woollies or East Kent Trim Gareth, the both do rubber off the roll so might have a profile to match.

Did a 280 mile round trip in the van this morning to deliver an engine and other bits through snow and some of the worst motorway spray I've ever driven in, motorways don't seem to drain water like they used to years ago. Anyway the van was perfect and good enough on fuel for a 575.

Have a look at the TDT restoration thread, pretty sure Gareth did the lights on that one years ago, probably in the first few pages.

Very nice, the Marina's not bad either! You don't get adverts like that anymore.

I have seen an action shot of it somewhere on a rally with all 4 wheels of the ground, it certainly seems to go well.

Re: Wheel size

Is that Teal blue on the car with the revs on? I need a new blue for my estate and can't make my mind up yet.

Re: Sinking seat

Bottle jack! I'm not that heavy lol. I can't remember if someone had used some mini webbing before. The sponge is good, I swapped that last year and it did help a bit.

Sinking seat

My front seat in my Mk2 is sinking, has anyone tried any other webbings etc to regain normal support?? The wires haven't snapped but have lost their tension.

Loaded the van up ready for its last autojumble trip to Peterborough, hope it doesn't come back still full.
