I remember these adverts being shown late at night on HTV, some were quite scary! I got a few myself on VHS tapes of mine from the time. There are more I remember which showed Marinas getting into various mishaps but can't find them on YouTube (I'll have to upload mine one day) Marinas always came off worse for wear for some reason!

Re: 70's PIF featuring a Marina
Poor two door Mk1 Escort! I suspect rarer now in unmodified form than a Morris Marina, though I also suspect the Escort survived the bump better than the Marina did. Tony Bastable there on the voice-over, presenter so I've discovered, from YouTube, of a motoring magazine TV programme I never saw in our Midlands area, called Drive In. As well as Magpie.
Maybe Marinas were picked for these stunts because they swapped ends so well on a wet road with a bit of handbrake. Though I reckon any rear wheel drive Ford would do it just as well.

Yes, I've been watching those Thames uploads on YouTube too. I'm hoping they upload a feature on the Marina soon, haven't seen one yet. I think most of the uploads are between 1974 and 1977 so should have something on the Marina 2 in their archives.

Here's the other public info advert I remember from my childhood involving a Marina. Should have been about speeding looking by the state of the car!
