Communication problems

Hi Guys ,
I am having problems trying to communicate with whoever's in charge of the remanufactured panels .
I have sent an email ages ago and not heard anything back ??
I understand we all do this for the love of it , we all work hard and also have a life however when you get regular messages from the garage saying "Any news?" And "I will have to get another job in if you can't get the jacking point and sill " it becomes frustrating !
Can anyone tell me how I can get in touch with the person who does these panels ?
