PTH has had an annoying sound coming from under the dash when taking a corner with haste! I knew it was a loose coin by the sound and hoped it would just fall out eventually but it's been doing it since I've owned the car and it's still rolling about
I took the glovebox out and there it was against the dash support bar (not sure what it's called) I was going to launch the coin in the air for all the times it bugged me but it turned out to be a schilling from 1971 (old 5p) PTH was built in 71 so decided to keep it.. maybe it's PTH's lucky coin?! so It's in the car again now but this time in the glovebox rather than under it. I wonder if it was change from the sale of the car in 1971

Yeah I love those wheels too, have a set of rims set aside now myself for getting banded but not sure how wide to go, are those out to 6" ? They just look spot on!

That pick up looks ace, do like the banded steels too.

I'm working, its really quiet and the Marina is in the workshop so ive had the front lamp units apart and cleaned them up, pre MOT check over before Wednesday and fixed one of the number plate lights and found that the washer bottle has a leak!
