I like that the nats will be along side another car show, the Devon nats was awesome with all those trucks :D So, North Wales! As if the planned route won't be challenging enough, I have to drive through the valleys to get there!
Your drive up might put ours in the shadow!
Put it this way, driving to North from South through Wales makes the run from Lands End to John O'Groats seem like a quick pop to the shops! What you see on the way though is worth every mile.

Chris the 1.3 blaze is rusty around front and rear windows , bottom of doors and wings , rear seat and carpets need replacing, parts missing of engine. The Tc is full of fibreglass and filler has had lots of welding to under side there is parts also missing both cars have been under damp sheets for some time (2012) both will go back on the road with some work. He's been told they are worth a fortune so they are not cheap

I hope someone saves them, but at the moment they're a bit beyond my skills.

Another who think's he's got gold when really it's brass. That's a shame, looks like some very good spares there.. and the cars are worth the effort. Even realistically priced Marina projects can take more to restore than they are worth so these will never sell if he's asking too much.

That's the case with the vast majority of project cars offered for sale advert usually reads going up in price daily followed by grab a bargain !!

Received mine in NZ on Monday. A great read.

Tempted to write an "international" supplement to Matt's excellent wheel article, as Australia and South Africa had very different wheel and tyre options.
