Have not decided.
Have a 6 engine but also have a rover P8 V8 short motor.
This is a prototype 4.4 engine that came out of Leyland Australia in a batch of scrap engines.
I could also put a 1750 E series 4 in it with twin dellorto carbies.

Yes, about to order polybushes for the suspension.

Father-in-law passed away before Christmas, he was an auto sparky and I get the job of sorting out his garage. Several sets of drawers with electrical bits and bobs.

Some cool equipment there Bryan, love the Tune Master and the Battery Tester ☺️
Condolences to your family Bryan.
It can be a tough task sorting through a loved one's things can't it.

It is better than expected but needs a bit of cosmetic panel work.
I will check it out this weekend when I have time to see how much rust is in it.
It look quite solid though.

Nice. I'm jealous of the tourney cover. Does yours have wood trim around the top of the bin?

All UK Pickups had the wood trim. In the UK the the bed cover was extra, as was the option of a canvas back and frame (a lot like the old Series Landrover arrangement.

Used a new puller and impact wrench. What a difference in time taken and effort needed!

Dewalt Gun very impressive!! I got the full range 3/8, 1/2, & 3/4 drives you will be well impressed with that the hub puller looks FAB as well made a slide hammer adaptor for mine and used it to slide hammer out halfshafts as well

Great toy Balmy!

David Painter, I agree about the slide hammer, I bought a fairly cheap Neilson one and found that one of the adapters has the same thread as the halfshaft, easy peasy to pull the halfshaft in seconds.
