Any luck Josh? I am going to try and get over to see him again as he is after a hub cap and a rim embellisher which I have.

Hi Glen,
Yep I had a nice chat with Steve this morning. Nice guy and he definitely knows what a special car it is now :)

So glad it's in safe hands!

He didn't want to sell it though

Popped to see this chap again today (Steve). Gave him a spare hub cap and rim embellisher. He was over the moon.As soon as his laptop is mended he'll be on here.
Josh,he got the note left on his windscreen.

Thanks Glen, although I think I had already managed to get in touch with him via you before the note was left

Next time you see him you'll have to get some more pics of the car

Phoned Steve today as I drove past and the car wasn't there. He still has it and has spent money on it getting back on the road. Josh, he has changed phone and lost all his contacts. If you want to call him I can pm his number. He doesn't want to sell!

Thanks Glen, I haven't got his new number (not sure he has my new one either!). Glad to hear it's back on the road

I believe this car may be up for sale soon, I’ve asked the owner that when the time comes can he advertise on here first. It’s still in Eastbourne on the south coast
