Your photo makes your manifold look like it's bolted to the side of the block! I was starting to wonder why I needed a manifold gasket when I did my head gasket back in '83-'84......

So sweet. Reminds me of when my eldest was that age. No seatbelts in the back so he rode shotgun with me. It was the only car he fell asleep in :-? He would scream his lungs out in any other car!

Chris,

I never expected to get one or anything else from this club for free. :rolls:

How and who do I pay please.

FYI, I have made a contribution to the forum funds and have paid my membership aswell as giving away some parts away at BL day which raised a few quid for club funds.......

Anyway,

Well done on getting BOP on the road and your little one is adorable.

Yeah missus demoted to the back ! She's not hugely into cars but she does enjoy it , I got my sticker the nats weekend, little one sleeps lovey in the marina, hoping its the ride and not the fumes lol, she is a beautiful little thing . boppy done well today , stripped the fan belt , but that's done thanks to martin, he is a gent ! Now its not overheating made it more useable , just got a annoying hesitation when at speed , but will sort that another time, just going to enjoy it !

If not already done I an recommend converting to electronic ignition, just fitted it to my a series powered metro and it's much more peppy.

With that fitted and as long as the carb is good it can't really be much else!
