Ital sl and slx changes from early itals

A query this one I thought all Ital sl and slx longbridge cars came with telescopic shocks and a revised brake pipe set up no pwda on bulkhead just a 3 way union and pwda built in master yet Ive seen an y reg Ital slx with lever arms on it and the earlier brake pipe set up the pwda on bulkhead is this still right?
