Fixed a sticky door lock on Reynard and slabbered more exhaust paste on the hole in the middle box. The wife will be using him for work over the next few days as she's broke the Peugeot and now broke the mini. If I can get the bits to fix the Pug tomorrow guess what I'll be doing on new years day

Today I will be starting on the removal of the pickup engine. Driving her yesterday with the oil pressure light flickering pushed me into getting her done asap.

who would have thought it would take almost 3 hours to swap cars over in their garages :) the drive around town in them probably explained the time, but it would have been rude not to put a few miles on them and to make sure nothing was sticking, Oh how i've missed driving them (didn't move them in December as busy doing other stuff, made up for it today mind ;) think i'll have to move them more than once a month mind.) .i enjoyed them so much lol

Started it! First time in about 3 months; she's been hiding under the tree in the front garden. Plenty of life in the battery, but no signs of life from the car. Was about to give up and she fired- ran OK all things considered. Did take her for a very quick whizz around the block (no tax or test at the moment) and everything is still free and working as it should, with the exception of a bit of electrical weirdness in the rear lights.

Pleasantly suprised with that! :mr green:

Topped up the battery, started it,filled the front room with exhaust fumes, got told off by the wife and daughter for making them miss the end of Coronation Street due to the evacuation of the front room. I love the smell of rich exhaust fumes!

Glen,
I guess it is worth moving the car so the exhaust fumes fill up the room if it stops Coronation Street being on the telly
